Fermented and aged with all of its skins in qvevri for ten months, by the Kakhetian method. Flowers on the nose, mostly crocus, then ripe jujube and fresh macadamia on the finish. Full bodied, balanced, with a very long finish.

A deeply coloured ruby wine with an intense, juicy attack: fruit jam, hints of pepper, vanilla and cherry. Full bodied on the palate, energetic, with a long and satisfying finish.

Made only from Saperavi grown in the Mukuzani micro zone of Kakheti, where winemaking reaches back to antiquity. Dark ruby, with a fine fruity bouquet and a full, fresh, balanced taste. This appellation has been bottled since 1888.

One of the most famous Georgian white grapes, made in qvevri by the traditional method UNESCO lists as intangible heritage. Dark amber yellow, with dried apple, ripe pear and an expressive range of spices on the nose.

Fermented and matured with 5% of its skins in qvevri for eight months, by the Imeretian method. Light golden, with sweet aromas of white cherry and pineapple. Sharp and lively in the mouth, with tones of peach.

Made in qvevri by the traditional Georgian method. Golden yellow, with a bouquet of green tea and exotic vegetation. Very good structure and a long, tangy, balanced finish.

A very rare grape of western Georgia, made in qvevri. Raspberry coloured, with plum, ripe berries and herbal flowers. Quite high acidity, full bodied, with a long fruity finish.

Made in the clay qvevri by the traditional Georgian method. Dark pomegranate, with a memorable bouquet of blueberries and ripe cranberries, a balanced mouthfeel and a long finish that is very much its own.
